I don't know why, but I'm rather fascinated by all things CSS.
Playing with CSS is like playing around with the word order of a sentence to enhance the design of its meaning. By extension, I guess HTML would then be the alphabet (though I haven't fully worked it out because I'm bashing off this reply while I eat my sandwich and pick lettuce out of the keyboard — eww).
The way you can endlessly and simply trick out html with some CSS ingenuity — like turning a simple bulleted list into a tabbed menu — is so damn cool and awe inspiring.
And then you have CSS Font guy. He saw the puzzle in the design and worked a font out of it. In most cases, I think CSS play has turned into a hobby gone awesome.
